Coaching is by application only. You complete a short application telling Ola about your situation and what you want to change. She reads every application herself and replies to the women she knows she can genuinely help. If your application is a fit, she will contact you privately with the next step.

Why is there no public booking link for coaching?

Because Ola only works with a small number of women at a time and wants each place to go to someone who is genuinely ready. The consultation calendars are private. They are shared privately with applicants Ola has already reviewed and approved.

What is the difference between Private and Group Coaching?

Accepted Answer

Private Coaching is one-to-one over 3 months, built entirely around your situation, and costs €1,999 upfront or €2,400 on a payment plan. Group Coaching runs for 6 months alongside a small group of women at a similar stage and costs €999 in total, with a new cohort starting every 3 months.

Why does the payment plan cost more than paying upfront?

The difference covers the bank and processing charges that apply when a payment is split into instalments. It is not a penalty. Paying in full simply avoids those extra charges.

What happens if my application is not accepted?

Ola will let you know. It usually means the timing is not right or another service is a better fit for where you are now. You are welcome to apply again later, or start with a Dating Clarity Session or Fix My Dating Profile instead.

What is a Dating Clarity Session?

It is a private 45-minute session with Ola focused on one specific dating or relationship situation. You bring the situation you cannot make sense of, and Ola gives you a personalised assessment, honest clarity, and practical next steps you can act on straight away.

How much is it and how do I book?

The session is €500 and paid in full at the time of booking. You book directly through Ola's booking calendar, which handles both the scheduling and the payment in one step. There is no application process for this session.

Is this the same as coaching?

No. Coaching is a longer programme that changes patterns over months and requires an application. A Dating Clarity Session is a single, focused conversation about one situation. Many women use it when they need an answer now rather than a full programme.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

No. All payments are final and non-refundable, and bookings cannot be cancelled, transferred or rescheduled once confirmed. Arriving late will reduce the remaining session time, and no-shows and unused session time are non-refundable. Please choose a time you are certain you can keep. Nothing in the terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Serious, relationship-minded adults. Women and men can apply to the free dating pool and may be considered when they fit a private client's requirements. Paid matchmaking clients receive a structured, hands-on search and screened matches sourced against their preferences, values, cultural requirements, relationship goals and dealbreakers.

Once your payment is confirmed, Ola reviews the intake form and preferences you already submitted, clarifies anything that needs more detail, and begins the personal assessment, search and screening process. You are kept informed as the work progresses.

Every potential match is assessed personally against your stated values, dealbreakers and relationship goals, then screened before being put forward. Nothing is automated and nothing is sent to you in bulk. Screened matches are presented deliberately and one at a time.

How are screened matches presented?

Matches are sourced and screened against your stated preferences. They are presented progressively during your service period, beginning with the first match targeted within six weeks. Contact details are shared only when both people agree to connect.

Standard Matchmaking is €2,999 for three months, with two screened matches guaranteed and up to four in total. Priority Matchmaking is €5,999 for six months, with five screened matches guaranteed and up to eight in total, plus priority sourcing and support. The first screened match is targeted within six weeks, with the remaining matches presented progressively during the service period.

What if someone declines a proposed match?

Either person may decline without giving a reason. That is part of the consent-based approach. A declined match does not count against your guaranteed or maximum number of screened matches.

It is the €5,999 paid route for men who want a proactive private search rather than waiting in the free pool. It includes six months of personal assessment and targeted sourcing, five screened matches guaranteed and up to eight in total, the first match targeted within six weeks, consent before contact details are shared, and priority support from Ola.

Is the Dating Pool really free?

Yes. Women and men aged 18 and over can apply without paying. Your complete profile is reviewed and you may be contacted when you fit a private client's requirements. Nothing is shared without your consent, and joining does not guarantee a match.

How do privacy and data deletion work?

Your information is used solely for screening and delivering the service, and is never sold to third parties. You may request complete deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@lifecoachola.ie. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

It fixes how you are being read. Ola assesses your profile as a whole, works out why it is attracting the wrong men or the wrong conversations, and rebuilds it around your personality, values and relationship goals so it filters unsuitable matches earlier.

What is included in Fix My Dating Profile?

Ola reviews your profile strategy as a whole, including your written profile, photo selection and sequencing, settings, dealbreakers and how your profile positions you for the relationship you want. Any of the mainstream dating apps you are actively using. Tell Ola which ones on your intake form and she will tailor the strategy to how each one actually surfaces profiles.

Is this just rewriting my profile text for me?

No. This is strategy and judgement, not copywriting. The point is deciding what to say, what to leave out, which photos to lead with and in what order, so that the right men recognise themselves and the wrong ones filter themselves out.

Does Profile Overhaul include ongoing messaging support?

Accepted Answer

No. Profile Overhaul is a €299 profile strategy, audit and rebuild service. It includes photo selection and sequencing guidance, settings and dealbreaker review, and one 30-minute review call or video review. Ongoing chat and messaging support are not included.
