3. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services provided by LifeCoachOla are for educational and informational purposes only. Our coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as finding a partner, getting engaged, or married.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

4. Payment and Refunds

Coaching Services

Payment is required in advance for all coaching packages. Rescheduling is permitted with 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Digital Products (Training)

Due to the digital nature of The Commitment Blueprint Training, access is granted immediately on purchase. Where you request immediate access, you expressly request early performance and acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected once the content has been supplied.

Matchmaking Services

By paying, you request that work begins immediately on assessment, screening and building your curated shortlist. Because the service starts straight away, payments are treated as final once work has begun.

Dating Profile Positioning

Dating Profile Positioning and Positioning + Messaging Support are paid in full before the full intake and assessment work begins. Because work begins once your intake is received, payments are treated as final once work has begun.

Dating Clarity Session — Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Dating Clarity Session payments are final and non-refundable.

Bookings cannot be cancelled, transferred or rescheduled once confirmed.

Late arrival will reduce the remaining session time. No-shows and unused session time are non-refundable.

Where a client requests that the service begins within any applicable statutory cancellation period, the client expressly requests early performance of the service and acknowledges that their statutory cancellation rights may be affected once the service has been provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of Oconcept Holdings Limited and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Share access credentials or course materials with others
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other clients or staff

(including Facebook and Instagram), Facebook, Instagram, Google LLC (including Google and YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn or their respective products and services.

We may purchase advertising from, publish content on, link to, or use measurement and analytics services supplied by these platforms. Doing so does not mean that the platform sponsors, endorses or guarantees LifeCoachOla, our services, our statements or client outcomes.

Third-party platform names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to identify the relevant platform or service. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, privacy policies and advertising or community rules.

If LifeCoachOla runs a competition, giveaway or promotion through a third-party platform, any additional platform-specific release, eligibility or promotional terms required for that promotion will be stated in the applicable official rules.
