For the full 6-month programme. A new group opens every 3 months, so places are limited.

Six months inside a small, committed circle of women doing the same work at the same time, with my frameworks and my guidance throughout.

    You apply

    You fill in a short application telling me about your dating history and what you want to change. It comes straight to me.

    I review it personally

    I read every application myself. I am looking for people who are genuinely ready to do the work, not just curious.

    We talk

    If your application is a fit, I email you a private link to book a call with me so we can talk properly before you commit.

  4. 4

    We begin

    Once we both agree it is right, you choose private or group coaching and we start the work.
